Mine get trashed by my edges, i have had them stitched several times, fortunately they are mad of a 'rip stop' type of fabric.
My next pair will have extra reinforcement around the ankle area as it really p***ses me off when you find cuts in them.

I have to confess that having had a good look around, I eventually bought quite expensive gear but in saying that, it has lasted really well.
I went for an E+O jacket several years ago because I liked the colour.... I know, I know, that's not a good reason to buy a ski jacket (it's also a British make). However it has come up trumps because it still looks like new and keeps me warm and dry in all weathers. You also can't miss me because it is the sort of lime green that really sticks out against the snow. I have seen other makes that have tried to recreate this colour but the E+O version is just awesome. My OH says he can spot me coming down the slopes miles away in it. Last year in Belle Plagne a nice lady asked me if it was this seasons, as she really liked it. Don't know what I am going to do when I eventually wear it out?
Having bought the jacket I had to have the salopettes too. Again, not cheap but fit like a glove and so warm. You will be pleased to note that I chose black this time (otherwise I would look like a skiing lime).
Have I done enough girlie wibbling yet?
