Dshenberger, you are the same height and weight as me!! When i was skiing last year i had 175s but i think somewhere around 170 would be easier for me, as i prefer shorter skis. So i will have 170s to try when i go in a week.

Even I have woken up to a covering of snow this morning, about 2 inches. if its snowing here, its definately snowing in the Alps!!

I have seen that its supposed to arrive, but looking at the webcams it hasnt. its fairly cold so the snow cannons are on but the natural stuff hasnt arrived yet :cry:
Hopefully soon tho!!! and its staying cold, so what snow falls will stay. |

its gone from one extreme to the other!!!!!! Very warm up until now then plumeting temperatures! Great news though, although some seriously cold skiing, but if it werent for the cold, we wouldnt be able to ski!! I am off to Austria in the middle of Feb, so lets hope it stays cold and dumps everyday till then!! :D |

Freezing levels are rising to over 3000m in a lot of places!!!! I am going to Filzmoos in mid feb, which has the unforutnate position of 1060m and skiing only up to 1700m. freezing levels had better plummet and the snow had better dump from now till then!!!
