Hi, not sure if I've done this correctly .... not a computer buff!

I am a novice skier (only been once before), went to Morzine. Had a fab time. Due to go back in 2 weeks and am a little worried about the snow or lack of it! I've read weather reports, but this does not help me know if its a good idea to still go? I am not a confident skier and am worried that the slopes that are open will not be any good for me? will the ones that are open be really crowded?

Any comments would be useful.

Many thanks

Hi There,

I wouldn't worry too much, there will be beginner slopes open. At all resorts there will be ski schools which need nursery and begginer slopes to teach on otherwise they wont be able to charge people for lessons lol.

Even if the slopes lower down are closed there will be blues open higher up.

Have fun, don't worry it is always worth going besides I think you have some snow coming your way.

have fun

cheers

Max

Im off to les gets in 2 weeks and was really worried but looking at the forecast it going to snow all week and temp plummeting - I too have only been skiing once before as well. Apparantly if all esle fails the next resort on Avoriaz slopes are open and doing well so even if Morzine Les gets dont get enough snow Avoriaz will benefit and there are plenty of greens and blues to have a go on just hope the queues arent lengthy. Have a great time anyway
