Lifts open early - ski this weekend
Started by User in France, 2 Replies
If you can't wait any longer to click into your bindings and hit the powder, then why not just take off this weekend?

Due to the fantastic early season snow we have here in La Clusaz, the lifts are opening two weeks earlier than expected, giving us all the opportunity of getting in some early season, skiing or boarding on uncrowded pistes!

If you are in a position to drop everything and come and join us on the slopes this weekend, then we can offer you 2 or 3-nights of catered accommodation and transfers from just £150.

Please visit the offers page on our website to find out more.

Thanks to all those J2Ski members who entered our snowshovel competition. As of yesterday morning when I had to dig the minibus out of over 1.5 ft of snow here in la Clusaz, we now have a winner of a 3 night break at our fab cahalet!!!!

Hi Mike
I think I have the place for you - La Clusaz.
We have some lovely long treelined greens, as well as some green nursery slopes to get your legs back on. Then progress to some long blues towards the end of the week. The town itself is very French and very picturesque, and the Aravis mountains are spectacular. Lift passes are cheaper, lift queues are virtually non existant, the restaurants are cheaper and better quality, the shops are fab, the bars are lively and of course our chalet which is 5 mins walk from the pistes if superb!
We can arrange lift pases and lessons in advance and our prices include transfers from Geneva, breakfast, afternoon tea and cake and 3 course evening meals with wine. We even have ski hire at the chalet at reasonable prices.

Check out www.gravite.co.uk for more info on the skiing and town
Anyboby know of any studio apartments for rent in la Clusaz. I have a frend in need!
Yes

La Clusaz is lovely, a typical french ski resort with a lot of character, very few lift queues and cheaper pass and restuarant prices so it doesn't break the bank. We still have space at our chalet from the 21st onwards if you are interested?
