Cookies,
Look also at apex of hood. Do you have a velcro, string or some form of "attachemen" !

That is to make hood more personalized depending if you have helmet, cap or tuque !

While skiing if you can tuck hood INTO collar. Many skiers forget and hood becomes a "parachute" flapping every way !

Mike 3000,

Nice nice turns,

Smooth!
Now try this,,,,,

See if you can delay that body turn half a second! See if you can let the skis "grab" that loose snow BEFORE your upper body turns!

You are well on your way to soaring!

Great tune up in fridge !

Imagine that but 2 km. long and 25 meters wide with 4-7 skiers on slope! Great practice run!

Enjoy your holidays.

Trencher,
Will "explore" those since the new 2013 skis are coming out in 30 days !

Will keep you posted !

Not sure of your message!
Do you want help in selecting correct skiing material or selecting correct words to express yourself !

Again Trencer is right!

130 flex if for racing type skiers with huge muscles and lots of tough carving !

You will not like these boots since they will be like a "caste' on your feet !

Same size feet and same type of feet is not the same!

Look for softer 100-110 flex boots !

Old Andy,

Do you realize what you are asking?

The inner conflict you are creating ?

Better skiing with no pain,,,,or better '"beauty" !

Here comes to retorts,,,,I can hear the footsteps coming,,,,,,must go on hill before,,,,,ah,,,,,,,,,,,,,,gulp!!!!!
Dave Mac,

What good ski patrollers will do is watch you,,not so much for speed but how you ski !

In control and away from the "slow zones" and any speed will do !

I have solved that "speed" issue by going to see the Head Patroller early in the morning and allowing all patrollers to try the 5-8 pairs of skis I have to test. It gives me "security" for the skis since we leave them at top near patrol cottage and it allows me to do one or two runs before "public" has runs ! They often are the very best ski testers since they know how a ski "should" function under varied terrain.

Yes Keystone,,a resort I wish to visit soon! I heard they have much snow now !

Billip1 and his experience happens to most skiers. Rare is the perfect boot fitting at shop.
I have a new ski boot from another boot company and it is now three weeks. I am still making "modifications" after several days of skiing. This is due, not to the quality of the boots, but to my strange feet and my "unique" skiing requirements !

Skiers take the time to get boots "right on" , then do not change for at least 10 years!

Again fit fit fit is most important element! That depends on a great ski store with a great boot fitter who is patient and will make constant minor changes !

Billip1,,know all about those black toes. I had many a foam injected boots! Now they have you wear a "cap" over the toes before injecting the foam ! Saves the toes from "the black death" !
