If you are good, they will come!
You do not need spam messages!
Now if you want to "chat" about how you have become good, then I would love to chat with you.
Nothing is easy!
You have to work at it!
You can have fun doing it but it is not easy!
Skiing is fun,,,no it is "heaven" but it does not come easy!!!
Sorry just my opinion!

Ski instructor is correct in all his solutions, however you will not benefit from advice since there is too much to remember.
Take lessons!
Stay on easy run and try to make "perfect" turn with not sliding!
How?
Slow down
Three stages in ski turns; EDGE PRESSURE STEER.
No amount of talking will help here. See above instructor on slope.
Learn what above mean not just in head but how to apply!

As previous person mentionned you must be more specific and clear.
I presume you mean competing in mogals and acrobatic events.
If so gymnastic is excellent. Trampoline work is mandantory!
Mountain biking is excellent!
English grammar classes would help when you win the Olympic Medal to express thanks to mom, dad and coach
Tips for confidence

In quick reply it is difficult to center issue, however;
Confidence = control in many cases
Confidence originates in brain and belief in your own abilities to contol ski.
Solution
1. Practice on "easier slopes"
2. Increase difficulty level slowly
3. Increase speed and more aggresive technique on easy slope.
4 Follow a more "expert" skier. I mean expert here. Not skier who skis fast! They are two different things. An expert skier may ski fast but always under control!
Follow his line.

Confidence will come with success at every step!
Success=happiness=confidence= progress!!

My side bar!
Too many skier try to go the top too fast. Try to take the runs too fast thinking an "expert" ski is a "straight down the hill man/women"
Be patient, learn the basics I promise you the dividends will be much greater.
