Took us 1 hour 45 mins to Silver Star on the twice weekly coach from Big White so im guessing it would be a fair bit less in a car? 7 hour overnight drive is fine, especially when you know you're on your way to Fernie  |
If you are used to Utah, stay at Utah! Big White is good but the likes of Utah will be better. which Utah resorts?
1. Silver Star is only an hour and a bit away and is really cool, especially the backside. full of blacks and double blacks. Sun Peaks is only about 3 hours max. away as well 2. Fernie is quite a long way but do-able for a weekend easily 3. The word i would use for Christmas when i was there is POWDER. and plenty of it. yeah snow should be fine, it is canada not Europe haha. 4. Loooooads of tree skiing, which is off piste. not many really steep areas but enough for a few weeks. 5. Plenty of Aussie girls to do that for you, yeah. i did last season there and may well be teaching back again next season. |
Perfectly legitimate airline but their style of marketing doesnt appear to me.
i have flown with them about 4 times, two of these times i paid literally 2p. absolutely nothing more than that. no taxes, no nothing....2p. Cant complain about that! (but wouldnt use them for a holiday, just to take advantage of going to Dublin for 2p!) |
cant see it down here in Surrey. not sure if its cloudy or not!

She's got the right idea :D |
Dunno where you heard that, I've never found it a problem. used my card loads in Austria the other week and was accepted everywhere.

Just got back from Obertauern and it just would not stop snowing!! Had waist deep powder on three of the six days.
Really cold as well, think -15 tops on some days, the powder was amazing. best week i've ever had in europe and wouldnt have thought it will be that good again for a while yet! |
What was your offer :D ? |
