The biggest thing that needs to change is the poor customer service and the wa they advertise their prices. Make the advertised prices the actual price rather than a fanciful one!

I agree, that is a balanced view. I always compare the options, bottom line.
Recently costed up a Jet2 flight at £9.99. Final cost , £120.00!
I am sure that I recently read that Easyjet were encoraging people to travel in ski boots. That is cetainly no hardship, after take off, whip off the boots. Save 5kgms.
Given that I keep skis, clothing and other stuff in Austria, it may soon be possible to achieve going to the alps with hand luggage. Arrive 45 min before take-off, on arrival, go straight past luggage collection!

As I have previously said Dave, that only applies to the minority of people, the rest of us have to pay their extortionate prices, no wonder more and more people are taking to the road 8)
