Ross: Took your advice and spoke to Natives. They weren’t as expensive as I had expected. I agreed a price for the advertising but before the ad went live the manageress sent me the CV’s of a couple (22m&19f) who she said she thought were perfect. We did a phone interview and agreed terms, there and then. When I rang Natives back to explain that we’d filled the vacancy and to arrange payment, the manageress said, “Oh no, that was a freebee!” I nearly fell over! Naturally, I insisted on making a contribution, but isn’t it good to see that in these dark days there are still good people and their companies around who don’t see every single interaction in terms of the bottom line :) More power to them!
