I am sure that I will be ok to go across it and I am looking forward to seeing if the comments relate to the quality of ski that is on offer.

Anyway, it is now less than 3 months till we go and I am looking forward to meeting J2S people out there for a beer or two (I will probably have at least three for breakfast.)

Tony,
If your going up the signal lift first thing you should go straight down the other side. There is some really cool easy reds on the way down to Villard and the place is empty. When you have skiied down as far as you can there is do it again and take your time as there is some great off piste that is close to the piste and great for building the confidence in the legs.
For another easy few hours head for Vaujany which is also pretty empty.

Great skiing in ADH. :D
Enjoy

P.S. My avatar picture is taken halfway down the Tunnel. Good times. :D
When in doubt?....Flat out.

Nice one Gareth, I will give that a go. I was planning to head over there first thing on the Sunday morning to be honest. Not sure if Stewart will be joining us yet, I will see if I can soak his cornflakes in Kronenburg.....and then throw him down the off piste section you mention, if we can get him on the chair, of course..!!!

Have had some v kind PMs from people suggesting some runs to do and the outlying villages get a lot of good shouts.

Totally agree, fantastic off piste bit under the Villarais lift. Really good fun.

Does anyone know how to make time move forward by approximately 3 months?
