Look on www.mayrhofen.at at the winter section, and under accommodation, perform a specific search for rooms on those dates. If you either ask for replies or email individual places, you will find they are all available for whenever you want to book them, not on specific dates.
You should find some in the town, although you will also find a lot in Hippach, Ramsau and Schwendau, which are slightly cheaper as they are out of the town centre, but all connected by the excellent ski bus, and a taxi for 8 people is around 7-9 euros from there to get back home. Its also much quicker up on the Horberg Gondola from just outside Hippach compared to the Penkenbahn in town )

Although if anyone is thinking of going and would prefer a quieter time, i wouldnt recomend going between 13th - 22nd December. :)

It includes return coach to Sheffield (my uni), 4* accomodation, 6 day lift pass, nightclub entry and race entry to Kings slalom and GS races.
there are some details on www.winterbreakuk.com. I have my own equipment and insurance which is why it is a little cheaper for me.
Not sure how many uni's are going but it is usually quite a few.

It will have to be good to beat BUSC at Hinterglem/Saalbach this year. 2 weeks, 2500 students and a lot of powder.
