Sorry Dave  I promise I won't upset the N people again. I may well be one myself in a couple of seasons!
Good. You'd like The Hof.
Final answer......do you want to phone a friend?

Are you going to be in the area from October 28- November 6? I just saw Feb/March, but hey you can stay at our place the Landhaus Riedervampyre wrote:Have a personal goal for the 2008/09 season - might be far-fetched, but been in discussion amongst a circle of friends that it'd be feasible to have a week in Mayrhofen where the most expensive thing a person was to pay for would be the liftpass...
Me and a friend reckon flights to/from Innsbruck, transport (even taxi at a push between 4 people) up the valley, and a sizeable apartment shared between likeminded folk. Only problem is, Feb/March is the consensus as being the majority vote for best time (for us at least) thus being pretty peak season.
Any input appreciated on this.
...unless you all think I'm just crazy.

haha stay in Ludwigs, its opposite scotland yard (the best bar) and costs 10 Euros a night, or 12 if you are fussy and want an on-suite bathroom.

Get yourself on a student holiday (or blag it as a post-grad).
I am off to Mayrhofen in late december for Winter Break with my uni all for £369, a bargin.
Although if anyone is thinking of going and would prefer a quieter time, i wouldnt recomend going between 13th - 22nd December. :)

We're planning on going between the 15th and 21st March '09, but the major pain in the rectum is the fact that the nearest airport with flights to Innsbruck is Liverpool and their flights are only available Sunday to Sunday whereas any accomodation I've managed to find runs Sat-Sat.
Grrr.
Anyone know any (pref cheap) places that'll support Sun-Sun, cos I'm just dying to see how empty the piste's are on the last saturday...
