Any suggestions please :?:

Yes... I took a look and the "Disable BB Code in this message" box was ticked - which prevents the software translating the quote tags (which are BB code, not HTML). I un-ticked that box et voila, mange tout mange tout, etc. 8)

However... there does appear to be a bug here too - occasionally the BB code appears anyway, but seems to be curable simply by editing and re-saving the message. We'll have a look into that when we've caught up on some sleep...

Thanks Admin  It's good to know that I've not completely lost the plot )

Aaah the bug is still showing  ..Trying the edit option!

The site linked to the last post is not very informative. It does look a lot like SPAM though. Perhaps hotskier101 could take a slightly wider approach for an unbiased opinion, a Google search perhaps?

Welcome to J2ski :D

This is a new one for me. I'm having trouble with the quote facility. I have tried using it, how the system copies it (one line), adding spaces and putting the quote and close quote on different lines. I have copied and pasted a quote made on another thread above, where it displays correctly. Here's the post showing on the thread page...

If you spot a Spammer at work, drop Admin a PM, then name and shame the Spammer on the forum, it's quite satisfying )

Thanks bandit.
I will need to check where we are landing. If landing on Swiss side, is it quite easy to then get to the French side? Sorry to be a pain!

There is access to the French Sector before Passport Control. This link should help you with planning your trip. The Menu on the left hand side has options for the French Sector.

Geneva Airport is both in France and in Switzerland as the border runs through it. If you return a rented car to the "wrong" side, the hire car co. will charge you for returning it. The airport has Swiss and French sectors, so it's best to check where your flight is landing.

Both sides of the airport have car rental companies. The French side is in the EU of course, but both Switzerland and France are Schengen participants, unlike the UK, so passport control may take longer for UK citizens.
