Snow Forecast for Soldeu 8)

Looks like Snow tomorrow and then remaining cold for the rest of the week...

...but there is a hint that the weather may (bizarrely) warm back up again next week...

Snow Forecast for Pal Arinsal

That do ya? 8)
Thanks guys - we'll see what we can do!

:D

This mornings update to the forecast looks even better. Some good snowfalls toward the latter half of the next week look to be on the cards - with falling temperatures to bring the snow line down too... :?:

Fingers crossed!
At least one of our regulars runs a chalet close to Salzburg - I'll give them a heads-up and hopefully they can help you out.

Not sure about the park, if that's your thing, but the Krippenstein arena (as featured in Warren Miller's film this year) is supposed to be a top freeride spot.

Not sure about your exact question but be sure the skis (and the insides of the tubes) are completely dry before storing, and that you then leave them somewhere totally dry - otherwise it's probably best to store the skis outside the tube to keep them from picking up condensation (and rusting the edges).

...good buy though - about the best protection your gear can get in transit, and the wheels make lugging them around an airport a complete doddle. :D
J2ski.com have teamed up with skiline.co.uk the webs favourite online ski only travel agent to bring you what is believed to be the UK cheapest ski holiday, prices start at just £89 per person and that includes the lift pass.

Click here to find out more :D

The holiday is a self-catered holiday in the Olympic ski resort of Chamrousse, which is located within 30km of Grenoble airport (serviced by BA and Easy Jet).

So if you're skiing to a budget (and who isn't) go bag one of these now!
Tough call... you can see South Korea being the "up and coming" choice, Salzburg the vote of the establishment and Russia getting a huge amount of "political" support...

It's going to be down to elimination and the bidders are likely to "lose" the vote through a lack of infrastructure and/or credible planning I guess.
