I hadn't been to the gym for a couple of weeks until today and I can feel the after effects...so what it will be like for you Andy....???

Haven't been to the gym for a couple of decades - won't notice any difference :)

I have walked up a few hills recently, bike is still in the UK but who cares as I am an Athlete ....
