Just booked an early Christmas present, a sneaky week in Tignes on the 13th December in a Chalet.

Never been to Tignes before so looking forward to it and hopefully there will be lots of snow by then :D

Having spent ages looking on the net at just about every resort under the sun, I think we have almost decided on Arabba for a week in January. Excellent choice Lynn. I tried to book it for 8 of us in Jan 2009 but it was full up and apparently this chalet is nearly always booked out for the majority of the season very quickly.
I guess you are booking through Neilson? In which case you will find the chalet offers the Super Service with enhanced meals, better drinks, and one or two extra little touches. Its in a great spot, and all rooms are ensuite.
I hope you really enjoy it, and come back to tell us how good the place is, as it is somewhere I really want to go to, that chalet in particular.
The one mentioned next door to it, Chalet Belvedere, is literally attached to it, but doesnt have quite the same high standards.
