Agreed, for that kind of money I could be renting premium skis on each visit. Although the pricing includes the cost of a Sporttube.
Pricey now, could the company absorb any extra business costs before raising the price, and making it daft money?
I see the Skiclub have not measured this service against Easyjet, where the pre-booked price per flight is £18.50
Or go by train. The figure of £230 was for 2 pairs of skis, so not a wholly outrageous costing, particularly with a sportstube thrown into the equation. My biggest worry would be the quality of the servicing, though.
As Tony suggested £230 is far too expensive as for servicing I know a bloke who is mug enough to do it for free......Me :lol: :lol:

Even as a world-class fritterer (word?) of money, I think this is a crazy price... it's an (il)logical next step following a service launched a couple of years ago which will pick up yr holiday luggage and have it delivered to yr hotel. Don't think I'll be buying shares.
