The OP only started to ski last season. Therefore, I think its a case of making sure they have a proper and decent trip and dont end up wasting money on something that they could do a lot better if they waited IMO.

Thanks for all replies I am planning a week in Feb in Arosa and March to the 3 Valleys, but till than i can only go next week, and cant wait till Feb

and Canada is not really and option, loved the video and wish i can do it, the best i can is at the moment Blue runs,

If you have a chance to go next week and can afford it go. Even if the resort you choose only has a few runs open it will do your skiing the world of good. If you can only manage blue runs now think of how much better and more confident you will be after another week.
If I had a chnace of another week here in the rain or a week on limited snow, I'd choose snow every time. )

Like said before Tignes of Val T.
If your not sure have a look at all the opening times of the higher resorts and keep a eye on the forecasts.

I would consider Obergurgl. The resort is high, there are 16 beginner slopes, the lifts are open, there is snow, upper and lower. There are small amounts of snow due each day during the week from Thursday to Sunday.
The temp is at freezing so the snow machines will have done their work.
You might have to do a DIY, it is a bit early for the TO's. Should get good prices though.
