@Bandit you need to chill out about the lap-dancing bar dude. Zell am See has one as well, Kirchberg (Kitzbühel basically), and tons of others.
It doesn't immediately label a ski resort as a brothel for crissakes. They don't drag you off the street and make you perform live acts with a banana and a pot of nutella.
Actually I personally think Casinos are a greater evil, but I'm not banging my drum about it 'cos we live in a free world.

You are the one attempting to diss a complete ski resort because they have adult entertainment that you find morally disagreeable.
I reckon shutting churches would be more helpful myself as religion is a greater evil in the world, but I put up with that as well.

Crieky. The poor poster only wanted a recommendation.
Ischgl is a good intermediate resort with lots of skiing, and a reputation for a banging nightlife. I wouldn't put it forward as particularly family friendly as its likely to be full of groups of lads, but its a decent recommendation for mileage hungry confident skiers.
Bandit, I think the term "dude" is used irrespective of gender, which I think you also know.
There are also tons of resorts where you can go to lap dancing clubs if you want, or have obscenities thrown at you by blue comedians even.
Munich Johnny may be into that kind of thing, up to him at the end of the day, and probably good fun for the lads on a trip. Personally its not for me as I ski with Mrs H and I guess she wouldn't be over impressed if we ended up in that kind of bar.
Good point about religion, but thats probably for another thread on another day.....
Chill.

Even Bill Cinton went to Ischgl in 2002 and he's only a little bit seedy.
Actually it is considered rather trendy amongst the Germans. It is a "schickimicki" resort. They have some awesome 5* Family Hotels and like all places the apres-ski is take it or leave it.

There is far more -heavy duty- adult entertainment in swiss resorts Gstaad , Arosa, Davos....... make the lap-dance look like kindergarten.
There is nothing wrong with Ischgl and the skiing is great you'll find lots of families and yes the chic european younger -in- crowd go there for night life.

Yo, M_J dude, what or who is a "schickimicki"? That sounds even worse than lap dancing(or better as the case may be).
Mrs Saffer will be checking up on me all the time from now on when we go skiing if there are lap dancing clubs! Normally I am too knackered to even be thinking about anything more than a few jager bombs, and a pint after a day on the slopes.
Back to the thread however, Kitzbuhel should suit, or the Ski Welt should also have sufficient snow, with Kitzbuhel just down the road if not.
