I agree that La Folie Douce is a fun place, but isn't it in Val D'Isere? Is there another one in Val Thorens now as well?

Trying to remember the name of the place we used in January, will have to ask one of the others. Beers were €6 a pint or €3.50 during happy hour which I think was between 6 and 7.30

On a more serious note for me it is not the price of beer that concerns me it is the expensive lift pass prices for the last two years we have paid 200€ for six day lift pass, I think from next year we will be investigating resorts for their lift pass prices and choosing where we go from there.
The last visit to LGb three years ago we paid 130€ for a six day pass.

Yes, I agree, they do seem to have shot up. I wonder if there is anywhere that is still 130€?

Not here, but it does seem you'll be getting the best deal out of this lot:

LGb is now 142€ for six days.

The price for PdS this year 216€ per Adult and 162€ for a child , but through the accommodation agent we will get a 10% discount which for a family of three amounts to a total of 536€ with out insurance.
