Zillertaller Pils, a lovely drop it is too, will be 2 to 2.50 euros for a regular, 3 to 3.5 for a large. You may pay more in certain places such as the later bars and nightclubs.
As for meals out, it varies massively depending on where you go. If you are on a budget, try Ciao, the Italian in town, average dish is around 7 to 8 euros. Hotel Neue Poste does some good food at cheap prices, 6 to 10 euros for really good food, but they also do some pricey stuff too.
The Kramerwirt will set you back quite a lot. It was around 25-30 euros for a meal, which wasnt bad when it was 1.45 to the £, but not so good now.
Mo's is a favourite place of mine, massive portions, good food, tidy waitresses, and reasonably priced.
Bottom line is nothing is going to be cheap anymore with the current rates, but Mayrhofen is not a rip off place, and is priced as well as anywhere I have skied before.
Ski Hire will set you back anything from 50 euros to 130 euros, depends where and what you hire.
There is a shop just up the hill from the Penken Gondola near the bridge over the river, that rents out skis and boots for exactly 50 euros a week, which is as good as anywhere, and their stuff was all new last season.
