They will be delivered ready to go for my first trip and when i return in January i will be getting in touch with http://www.jonsskituning.co.uk/ who is only about five mile from me!

Twenty pounds for hot boxing would be a good investment before that trip (especially if it's only five miles away).

Hotboxing
n.
The practice of smoking marijuana in an enclosed space (e.g. a car or a small room) in order to maximize the narcotic effect.

Can't see it doing much good for the skis

So that's why my Palmer skis have "feels like flying" printed on them

Snapzzz, Better while the bases are clean. I've found that after hot boxing the base seems to hold wax much better. I still notice it now on boards that were hot boxed several years ago.
because I'm so inclined .....

Consider an all mountain ski as well as a piste ski:

I have and i will most definitely.
One ski i am certain to try is the Atomic Blackeye
These got rave reviews last year. I find Atomic skis a little light for me, I like something more powerful which is why I get on great with my Scott Neo's, they plough through anything pretty much.

There's so many skis on the market. I tried a few pairs out at Hemel recently and loved the Salomon Suspects but they're maybe a bit too park, and I also had fun with some Rossignol piste skis, 78 under foot, forget the name now but they were zippy and grippy!

Don't waste your time with lower grade skis, get something you will grow into as you develop.

Woohoo. They have arrived and the look so sweet. Along with my new *cough* helmet.

Anyone seen any snow?

Way to go ...
But ...
What is a cough helmet for?
:?:

*cough* Helmet.

Its meant to read like i was coughing at the same time as saying Helmet. I know some people do not like helmets or see there need. But, truth be told, i can be quite clumsy so i think its wise to stick one on my nut.
