Have been trying to patch together a movie of some stuff from hols, but thwarted so far by the films from MrEvs camera not playing on my software. Need to figure out the problem. For some reason it only recognises the files as audio, whereas the ones from mine are fine.
I do believe thats a good wibbling excuse for having missed said run.

Missed it as in not skied it? Poo the bloody bed Tony I wouldn't ski down that run if you held a gun to my head! Maybe next year

Thanks Dave. Well chuffed. It was the only run I hadn't done and was my goal over the New Year but I didn't do it at that time. I didn't stop grinning for hours afterwards! Amazing end to the holiday.

Emma, I know what you mean about some of the runs at the top in Niederau seeming almost eerily empty at times. I've been there 3 times and last March I was literally the only person for quite lengthy periods on the blue and red slopes as you turn left off the top of the gondola. It felt great for a while to have the whole place to oneself, but after a while I became somewhat uneasy !

I'm not surprised as I'm looking for late deals in March at the moment and all that comes up is Niederau.

Well, I know you're not overly positive about Niederau Ian, but throw in Auffach too and there's a fair bit there. But I've been doing the same as you (looking for March deals) and have plumped for Zell am Ziller mid-month.
