Flights are proving VERY tricky. The tourist office have an offer going of 3 days of lift pass and accommodation at for the price of 2, NEED FLIGHTS!

That's the deal I was on this week!

I use Swiss from Heathrow (www.swiss.com) but I don't know if they fly from Chile!

Being Swiss and therefore sensible and practical, they don't travel further north than Manchester!!! :)

Anything from Newcastle? Zurich is the best destination airport for Engelberg AFAIK. It's about 2 hours by train to resort.

Can get in to Zurich but not back out at a decent time, same for Geneva (was thinking along the lines of Chamonix too). Bennyboy needs to be back for Monday so flight times are pretty important.

Bandit, total travel time to Engelberg from Zurich is just under two hours, but quite often you can get lumbered with a 40-50 minute stopover at Lucerne (which can be something of a pain wit ski gear!)
