those things just don't stop :D they'll keep forming for ages, if there's unfilled volume in the boot/inner that'll end badly.

Well, I was wondering if Tony_H had been through the moulding process (well his feet and boots anyway). :D
If not, then there's a chance,as long as the boots are the right size.

I watched when OH had his Head boots fitted, the shells were heated in an oven, and the liners heated separately. The shell plastic is quite pliable when hot (and OH reported that it was rather :shock:. The boot fitter was physically moulding the cuff round his calfs. He had to work quite quickly and OH was banned from looking down as it would have altered the foot/leg position.
He's very happy with his boots though, says that they fit all over his foot nice and close, he's not experienced that before. But then his boots are more than 2 full shoe sizes smaller these days :lol:
