Is it snowing like? or was that just you will need them in general?

Mix it with Sprite for the best taste. Its potent, easy drinking and very refreshing. However, for the price of 2 drinks in the bar, you can buy a bottle in the supermarket. I always have one chilling in the fridge when i go skiing. It makes quite nice shots too!!!

It certainly looks as though you will need them

Hi all
Just got back from Niederau yesterday. The snow is not bad, a few icy patches but it snowed on Wednesday and also Wed night/Thurs morning which really helped the slopes. It was quite quiet last week, not a queue in sight - bliss:D. Despite that the Sports Cafe was heaving most nights. I think this week is to be busier and also the last two weeks in Feb according to Gunther (our ski instructor this time around).
PS - discovered a new drink (thanks to Dave aka "Smokey" in our ski class) - Erstoff Red, vodka with sloe berries. Be warned, tastes like Ribena

Dave Mac wrote:Oh, I nearly forgot. I was just propositioned in the Bichlwirt, by a twenty something girl from Munich, would I like to go with her to the Cave Bar? Very nice looking lady.
It's certainly the best offer I've had today.
Sadly, I declined. It's the age problem, you see. I'm just not prepared to compromise my principles. Too old is too old.
And twenty something is too old.

Ahem. Excuse me, I have been banging on about that drink for a couple of years, since I came across it in Zante, where the brand is Ursus and not Eristoff.SkiGirl wrote:

Another day in paradise, upped the run rate by starting earlier, but was slowed down by being plied with schnapps at various watering holes on the hill.
Also, was offered a beer and a snog behind the barn, if I took a couple of young ladies I met on the Gondola through a bit of off piste. Which of course I did, banishing all thoughts of their attempts at bribery.
Skiing is great in the morning, a bit hard pack in the afternoon.
Wheee. (I have calmed down a bit now)
