Here Here ( or is it hear hear!?) Mac Daddy ( Nice to see a familiar name by the way) I have to say it's the 'without notice' bit that particularly galled me, but I'm glad I found this forum before withdrawal symptoms forced me to reach for the credit card. Hired 'soft boots' at New Year. Definately streets ahead in the comfort department! I'm not really qualified to comment on the control issues as I tend to stay so far inside my intermediate limits that I could probably ski quite successfully in slippers!
