I'm sure you'll have a great time. In case you've read a thread from a week or so ago in which one (very respected) j2skier likened the village to the car park at the Bluewater shopping centre, I can assure you it was an exaggeration of the most monumental proportions

 ise "very respected" ..Makes him sound rather old

He's not really :D

Well, they would if your home was on fire :D

Anyway, would the phrase "Double Standards" make more sense?

If a woman looks at a group of men undressing it's somehow an unhealthy or unnatural pursuit.
If a man indulges in a little voyeurism it's considered natural.

That's western society for you

Does my post make sense now?

This post makes perfect sense. However, branding me a hypocrite without even knowing I behave like you describe does not.

:D

Do you still feel that it's appropriate to call snowb4ndit a pervert.

You still have absolutely no idea how I would behave.

I have to disagree on that one Tony...the view from the staff room window (at my last school) was straight into the changing room window of the local fire station! Admittedly there was no snow, but believe me that window clocked up more hours than Vangogh's Sunflowers in the National Gallery!

Pervert!!!

Hypocrite  )

LOL

Zermatt then?

I was in Zermatt last month. The centre always seems like a town to me. The prices in the restaurants are pretty steep, but...it does have a very memorable backdrop!

My hotel let me down with picking me up from the station, and told me to get a taxi. It was 550 metres and cost 12 Sfr.

I walked back when I left to go back home.

More snow is forecast and I'm heading out there next week :D

I do like the photo of the Lac and the Dam. Very striking with the snow against the water.
