Well, that's 2 of us doing a snowdance FNO, any more care to join in? :D |
Hmmmm, I'm leaving for Switzerland on Jan 16th, so I could be very happy :D |
Chamonix can be reached in about an hour from Geneva, though it can be pricey to stay there. A cheaper option might be La Clusaz, or perhaps St Gervais.
Chamonix is good if you have a car, because you can reach the different areas quickly. Cheapest place to stay in Chamonix is probably the Vagabond. |
Facebook is down for maintenance at the mo....just thought I'd mention that
caron-a it's up to all of us to make it busy, how about some photos to start with? |
Ross What does the chart mean  ...Would reading Tea Leaves be more effective?

Thompson flights have been getting some internet attention because they have a really ludicrous ski carriage weight limit of 6kg. Do you have 1 pair of skis in your bag?
You may be asked to prove this at the airport. I really can't see what Thompsons could do, if you have 1 pair of skis in a bag and have paid for carriage for 1 pair, the ski weight is their problem. Normally, skis are checked in after you have put your suitcase onto the conveyor, by taking them to the outsize luggage desk. The check in staff will tell you where you need to take them. |
It's the same brand :D |
