Best thing to do is to get down to a ski boot retailer and try on a few pairs. At the same time you should try some pre-moulded inner soles. Makes a huge difference. Been told that Head boots are a wide fit, and Lange's are one of the few makes to have not left my hobbit feet in agony!.

Been told the new K2 Silencer's are a good budget buy (£250 w bindings Ellis Brigham). They have run out of the standard bindings at the min so u can get a free upgrade (to M12's or something, don't remember exactly). Public Enemy's have got a higher cut tho.

Anybody tried those new V-Position Soma Tec Fischer boots? Supposed to keep your knees in a parallel position whilst your feet point in their natural V shape position (pointing slightly out). Been told every boot manufacturer will be doing it for next season so wanted to get some feedback?
