It's a shame really I got rid of the afore mentioned Head 185's, which I now regret because I would have loved to chuck them in the top box next winter to give them a run out, a rush of blood I expect.I have gone down now to as short as 160's and they perform ok they are pretty quick and carve well but not great off piste, hence the purchase, so I expect to get shot down but what difference is there in 10cm, I don't think a lot really.
I'll give you shipping for them?
Wouldn't that be exciting, I'm tempted but I've already got to get another pair in the roof box as it is, perhaps we just leave it as fading memory, AAAhhhh the way things used to be
Right you got me going now, Really got me going. I have just hit the garage and dug out a pair of Kastle Vogue RX15 170 cm a bit of a girly ski picked up at a car boot to practice my ski servicing on, and also a brand new pair of Head 185 's virgin skis never been touched and all I gotta do is bung on a set of bindings, and away we go....I might just make that space in the roof box after all :D
Because I'm not very tall but very slim and also I feel comfortable on them so I am hesitant to change to 170 plus

This ski length lark is quite interesting to me. Wickers, when I got the 190's, I had 3 folks in the industry do the calcs for me, as well as my amateur efforts. All 3 had skied with me plenty, and 2 were qualified ski teachers. They all came to the same conclusion, so I got 190's

Wickers, I do believe that we still have some original K2 Extreme's in 190, not being used currently, with decent Salomon bindings fitted :D
Just thought I'd mention it, in case you fancy a blast......

Dear Everyone, it's not my fault that Wickers is planning to go skiing on some antique skinny skis.....he made his own mind up
Meanwhile, back at the choosing of the ski length issue, why choose short?
