I'm on your side Jim,I don't read a paper or watch telly on holiday, I tend to have a conversation with people guess were a dying breed Jim :!: :!:
I agree totally but it comes down to a difference between peoples idea of holidays and how to use leisure time. Travel is about challenge to a lot of people and it's a chance to get pushed out of your comfort zone, to me a life without challenge sounds a bit dull

Perfectly understand where Charlie's coming from. And Leeds need to make the most of this cup final as there won't be any more this season.

you are very lucky being a bulls fan,as you have no chance of being in the wcc for a very long time.as for being a sterotype i think you are taking this a bit to far ,i only want to watch my team in the game of the year

Sorry charlie. I wasn't having a go at you. I was trying to get across that there are those who cannot leave England behind when they go away.
And I agree I can't see Bradford doing much this season - again. All went down hill when Brian Noble left.
I'll be watching the WCC from my sofa and you'll be in the snow. Enjoy.

I thought being on holiday was about having fun so why should one go without something they enjoy, unless they have to. Enjoy your skiing and rugby, Charlie.

Think I'm in the bad books now. I gonna go and read my book before I cause any more ructions.

Well I'm baffled as to why anyone watches Rugby in England or abroad. But each to their own!
Bon. Allez!

I feel the same about people who can't survive a week without watching footy, having a sunday roast or a full english breakfast whilst on hoilday. I go away to enjoy the country, culture, food and the general atmosphere of a resort without becoming a stereotype for the English abroad.
I work long hard hours to save enough money for my once a year ski holiday and I'm going to get every pounds worth out of it.
