Ski & Bike Helmet ?

I fell and made skull-to-ground contact while skiing last December, wearing a helmet, and still had to have an operation a few weeks later to remove a build-up of blood inside my cranium. I dread to think what would have happened if I had not been wearing head protection.

yep all of this sounds like great advice to me, it's definitely worth investing in a proper ski helmet!
