I'm twice the boarder now than I was last year but still not as good as I think I am .
I hate stopping on the way down unless its to get on a lift.
Going with a gang of 10 is ok but I would rather a party of 4.
I'm a pussy for not trying to ride switch more, must try harder next week :)

I've learned that I have more technique than I have confidence. Good in some ways, very bad in others.

How a smile is the same in any language! You have shared a gondola with other nationalities - or a chair - and everyone has been happily chatting away! The UN in a very small space!
Rather a bad day on the slopes than a good day in the office!

I am better than I think I am - just need someone to make me step over the edge of that black so I can scare myself to death....then LOVE IT at the end and want to do it again

I get nose bleeds at altitude more than I used to when I was younger!

The skis always seem extra slippy every year I go!

I can now relax :D

I know that my old knackered knees need to be eased into a weeks skiing with nothing too challenging in the first couple of days!

.....nearing the big 40 this year......I don't bounce and bend as well as I used to, but on the plus side I don't fall over much now.

:D
