Reading this forum has inspired me not to delay buying new boots till net season. I just bought a new pair of ski boots, had free morning and just before going to the office stopped by a small shop or rather a warehouse. Piece of cake, they didn't have a huge choice especially of women's boots in my size as the season is ending and they are normally closed for business from mid-June till end of August but the third pair I tried was perfect. Stiffer, lighter than my old Sollys and much tighter fitting at the heel. Took about 15 min. Looks like I'll be able to hit the slopes tomorrow straight off the train.

Ally where are you :?:
I am more than a little concerned as to your whereabouts ,after reading your post concerning rolling up your trousers & showing your knobbly knees & hairy legs you may have booked in to an initiation meeting at a masonic lodge instead of a boot fitting.
Please get in contact with us :)

Including heat moulding the liner and shell, and a custom footbed...15 minutes...strewth  ????

Good luck with your weekend breaking them in :D
