Totally agree. I noticed a lot of Norronja wearers in St Anton, which probably suggests its "in". Decent quality, nice fit, great colours. I'd like some of the purple bottoms to go with my green jacket.verbier_ski_bum wrote:150 pounds for Norrona jacket is very cheap, I doubt you can get better value for money. Light, weather-proof and durable plus making you stand out from the crowd and don't look like a guy next to you in the lift.
Up at 7am....i'm on a mission.

They can't be that "in", they still sell bobble hats

Even more "in" in that case 8)
Actually I have something positive to say [ yeah I know ] about this jacket, if you are messy eater [ you know who you are ] this would camouflage the problem as it consists of all the food colourings you would encounter. As for being of no use off the slopes I would disagree, worn with one of those jester hats that you see on the slopes & Man City supporters every day wear you could use this as fancy dress costume -)
YAY! I love the orange, my first ski jacket was orange.
I wish i had bought a poc helmet, they look so much slimmer that the Giro i have. I think mine makes my head look huge.
Do the pod ones come with an audio system?
Very nice BB, like the colour but .....
Will you be able to see over the collar?

There was a equally high quality Norrona jacket but I received negative feedback from the family when I tried it on.

Apparently I'm not "youthful" enough to carry it off
To cap it all, my friend who we were holidaying with came back from another shop with a Norrona jacket down from £500 to £150.
He looked like the cat that had got the cream.
I'm now scouring Uk websites for stuff in the sale. Tricky when you can't try on before you buy though.

As we are between seasons and the weather has been bloody awful I've decided to spend some money on new ski gear in a vain attempt to keep up with snapzzz. Just bought a new Norrona jacket as image below. Should be arriving in the post today. New lid and goggles next on my list (thinking of POC - anyone have POC gear?)
