Hello

I am trying to work out the budget..........

Can anyone give me an idea what lunch is costing these days on the hills around Wagrain, nothing fancy?(I hate packed lunches) Not to mention the apres ski pint?

Going on the 8th March for week, bit worried about this temeprature rise that people are talking about though.......

Many thanks

Skimac

Really depends on how much you eat, I ski with people who eat a full lunch, Me and Mrs W like a snack lunch, I suppose you could always diet that would work out cheaper

I agree. I used to ski with my bro. He liked to book places and have a 3 course meal! Thats valuable skiing time wasted!

Correctomundo. Fill up at breakfast, snack lunch, plenty of short drink stops during the day, a few beers apres ski, and dinner. Lunch is a waste of time and money, as you said.

thats what i do fill up at brekkie, as i am normally in austria i adore that stew soup stuff, name escapes me, cup of hot chocolate normally around 8 euros, then we used to stop after lesson at 2ish have a quick drink and the instructor would see if we wanted one last run down the mountain, then backto the hotel change for dinner

Is that the only correct answer? Am I allowed to meet up with my friends and enjoy sitting around a table with them for an hour or so?

Obviously I'm doing it for the benefit of people who take short lunches so as to get the slopes to themselves
