Looking today, Cervinia has nothing open apart from access to Zermatt. On that side you have 2 glaciers open with 9 runs I think. You can fair rack up the mileage up there, even at this time of year, I was up there 3 weeks ago and managed 42km riding (45km Lifts) in under 4 hours, with lunch..

85 Matterhorn glacier paradise
83 Plateau Rosa
84 Ventina Glacier
81 Führerpiste
87 Verbindungspiste
80 Testa
73 Gandegg
72 Furggsattel
71 Theodulgletscher

Are all open runs today. The pull lifts at the top of the Glagier Paradise were not running but no great loss.

See you up tere on Saturday maybe??

Not a lot of choice my friend, no services at Trockner Steg due to improvement work. Kliene Matterhorn is okay, but indoors and if you have a hangover not the best place to recover as you are at nearly 4000m!! Plataeu Rosa is by far the best choice, you get to look over both Italy and Switzerland from there too.
