Walk round to the ahorn lift, literally 5 mins, or take the bus every couple of mins if you don't like carrying kit and walking in boots.
Buses around the are are the best I've ever come across.

Hi Scarlet Fez. Thanks for the reply. It was quite difficult not going back to Soll but thought it was time to explore another bit of Austria - sounds like we made a good choice despite the divided opinions!! Look forward to hearing what you thought of Saalbach when up get back. Enjoy!

I ve been to many places but the mountain in Ischgl was like you describe it.very nice. Blue and red runs.preety big too.also very good snow through out the season.
