Yeah, I think it might be a mild version of Reynaud's Syndrome, as I get it in my fingers, toes and my nose is always freezing too! Apparently cold hands are good for pastry making :D
I have a relative who does acupuncture (although still in final stages of training I think), so might ask them about it, and volunteer to be a guinee pig!
ps - Pablo, they definitely said tubes on the packet!!
