Always works for me. Plus full fat coke, pickled onion monster munch and marmite on toast. Not all at the same time I might add.

Just before collapsing in bed, take 3 Nurofen Express tablets with a large glass of water.

You sleep all night and the tablets are still kicking in when you wake up - usually because you've only have 4 hours kip.

I'm sure that a small overdose is safe enough - just don't get carried away.

PS - this also help with the aches and pains in the legs after a full day on the slopes !!!!!!
You'll never know, unless you try...

Here in Canada they say a glass of Clamato juice or tomato juice in beer (Hair of the dog they call it) in the morning...I personally dont go for it ..would rather have a alkaseltzer and water ;)

I always try to eat something before I go to bed when drinking and have some water..seems to help ......a bit anyway...

sleep, water and time really only help...

why is it the older we get the worse we hurt!

They're pickled onion flavoured crisps (kind of) - just as bad, still adds to the death breath.

Two Anadins and a big bottle of lucozade used to do the trick for me.
