May I also give a biggup to Adders for making this place easy to use, full of interesting debate and topics, and an outlet for us all to let off steam when we're sitting here desperate to get on the snow!!!

I know in the past I've had my share of yellow cards, but its all (mainly) been good banter and intended to be tongue in cheek. Well, apart from a couple of individuals; one of whom has been banned several times but pops up now and again under a different guise before Adders homes in, and another who fortunately no longer posts his pompous arrogant drivel on here any more, although I'm sure he watches this site quite regularly - shame really as the guy was clearly experienced and educated and a fountain of knowledge, just had a terrible way of delivering it and putting people down.

Anyway, I digress. I could list tons of people who make this a great place and it really is an addiction - any spare minute whilst I am online and I cant help but log on and see whats cracking off. Sad? What the hell.

Ally - miss your wibble a little bit. (sorry Admin  )

I love reading the comments on this forum.

Can't wait to hear about Wickers experience in Austria (or Mordor as he likes to think of it!)

I have just goggled "Mordor" ..... Lord of the blasted rings, not read any of Tolkeins rubbish since I was forced to read "The Hobbit" for O level English Lit,

Did they have books then? I thought everything was on slate? ;)

Unfortunatly they did and ink wells, desks with lids, cockroaches and rickets, hooping cough and steam trains it was great back them

Did you pass the Eng. Lit. Wickers? How about the Lang? ) Anyhoo, you can be ahead of the game, now Rickets has made a comeback. How about that Wickers :P

Yep passed the lot, I was a bit of a swot at school and of course English lit/lang was a hit with me as the teacher was a corker

I agree that this has to be one of the most welcoming Forums(fora?) on the web!! It is also the only place I am likely to see someone described as "a corker". Dont you just love the UK

Oh good :D

Are we back to wibbling again now?

(talking a load of amusing nonsense totally unrelated to the topic of the thread - for those newbies who don't know what wibble means)

Welcome to all newcomers to the Forum :D
