Mmmm, a friend of mine and , I think, yours, has just moved into a rental near Innsbruck. Instead of paying 608 Eu for a Tirol season pass, she will be paying 450 Eu.
You can also, get a reduction on an Allstar pass, if bought before Dec 4th.
This is what my friend emailed me about the Tirol Card:
"Snow card: That is because I live in the Tirol so I get a special price ... you just need to get a paper from the town hall to do that with your appartment lease."
Since you own your house there, you might be in a least as strong as position as a person that rents.
I would prefer to get the Tirol pass, but I think we will get better value from the Allstar card, covers from Kaprun, Zellam Zee, Kitzbuhle, Schiwelt, Wildschoenau, Alpbach, plus all the nice small places between. Buy before Dec 4th though, to save 80 Euros....

I think the Iplayer time has run out, only retained for 7 days. It has disappeared from Facebook, too.

Yeah I would but the first rule of good stalking is being able to keep up with the target.
- I suspect my chances are slim!
Second rule is you gotta keep outta sight.
- Just bought a bright pink jacket. Not good camo for snow based sneaking.
Stealthy, smooth and quiet would probably be an advantage.

Just to complete the information on the choice of lift passes, there is a pass that allows skiing throughout Tirol. The price is 608 Euros, and so compares favourably with the Kitzbuhle Allstar pass. The Tirol pass covers the Zillertal, and the Innsbruck area resorts. Not really for you Emma, but for those considering an Allstar pass....
The downside is that they do not appear to be offering an early booking discount.

and you don't even get a discount if you have a house there!!! Only if you are a permanent resident.

I would be very surprised. They tightened up the rules THIS year with regards to documentation for a Tirol ski pass. Was easier last year.
Do you think an Allstar pass is better? I want "N" and nearby, Skiwelt etc but beyond that I am open minded really.

If she permanently lives there and therefore is registered with her "main residence" (hauptwohnsitz), then of course no problem. Obviously then she also pays all her taxes in Austria etc on income.
I am registered for my main residence in Germany. They tightened the rules this year. Such is life :-)
