We have 4 similar ones to those, I think they came from Lidl took them to Austria used them one day. They worked a treat but we were in a hotel room so no where to heat them back to liquid. Although we do take them to Ruka where we self cater so much easier.

yeah-the coaches who stand still in the shade in minus 20 for 4 hours love them-good about the house sometimes too and for sore muscles apparently?

sorry about the spelling mistake there btw!!

If you get cold hands, a very simple exercise gets the blood pumping through them and warm again:

Stand with your hands by your sides, point thw hands away from the body at the wrists at 90 degrees or so, and lift your shoulders up and down quickly for 15-30 seconds.

Job done.

Do it as a group at the top of the lift. By the time you get to the bar in the evening, you will find you have started the next silly Euro dance craze.

Hi,

I think somebody has already mentioned silk liners for gloves, but Ami Chaud make some great gloves, also anything with a Gore-Tex or Thinsulate lining may help if they have a good waterproof outer fabric aswell.....fail in that holding a few hot glasses of Vin Chaud or Gluwein may help every couple of hours

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year
