Me...I am doing squats and weights at the school fitness suite and a few right arm lifting exercises in the local hostilary...balance training you know...can't be too careful at my age! -)

I've said it before, and I'll say it again - try "Astanga Yoga". I've been going to a weekly Yoga class for a year now and my flexibility has increased enormously. I suppose my skiing may also be improving, but I got through last week's skiing with the least aches/pains to date.

I'm up to 70 squats with the 15kg power bag now, along with increased time on each other section of my routine.
And I've now got tendonitis in my left knee. Brilliant.

I've been following these for a couple of years now, 5 phases in all building up to the time of holiday. No equipment needed, except a couple of tins of soup(?!)
