our group's going to that chalet and the one attached to it in March so I'd be interested to hear all about it if you do choose to go there. I'm off to Obergurgl in Jan so maybe you should go there in March and we'll have reverse holidays :D

Have finally booked for a week on the 9th January (can't wait!) I'll take loads of photos and report back for you, Tony and anyone else considering this for future trips.

The only thing that concerns me slightly is the 3 ½ - 4 hour transfer to the resort as I don't travel too well on a coach. Can anyone recommend any decent travel sickness pills that are non-drowsy? :cry:

Unfortunately all travel sickness pills have a drowsy effect. But Stugeron is the least likely to cause severe drowsiness. You could try travel bands, or health food shops sell ginger sweets etc. Now recommended for all types of sickness, even morning sickness.

I'm booked now for New Year week, Les Menuires. Haven't booked travel yet, I want to drive but still trying to persuade hubby!
