Getting fit for skiing

I don't do anything special right before the ski season starts, but I try to stay active the whole year round, mostly by jogging. I don't really feel like you need to be super fit to start off skiing anyway though... for me it don't feel like a strenous form of exercise at all!

So the thread titled 'getting fit for skiing' has moved onto wine and chocolate. Much more tempting than exercise.

I agree, chocolate sounds a lot more interesting than all that keep fit stuff! Sounds like far too much hard work to me, where the fun in that?
Nearly, almost, but not quite!
