Both were rock solid....both have vanished.
I guess the extreme cold has affected the glue and let them go free.
Shame that as i was looking forward to trying them out.

So that is now 9 reasons to buy a Gro-pro

Well it's highly likely you achieved the two different vantage points!

But if you go skiing in Flaine now, you can find free accessories just lying around in the snow!

I trust your camera didn't disappear too Snapzy?

No i still have the cam.

I stuck the mounts on at home while they were warm and dry so the glue went off correctly.
i was planning on shooting a single run several times from different angles and editing it together....not going to happen now and the mounts are gone....boo

You'll just have to stick on top of your head then and look like a plonker :)

Did you invest in a chest harness??

I've finally got round to editing some video from our January trip. I've uploaded to youtube. This is a 2 minute segment from the last day when I tried out the Gopro pole mount. Don't think I got the angle quite right and it would have been better with the mount at the end of the pole. The 'behind the head' viewpoint also not as I'd hoped. Hopefully I can get some more footage/practice next month. Towards the end of the video I manage to almost cross over the division area between two pistes...whoops!! Should keep my eyes on the road.
