mayrhofen!!!!!!

Hey we are a bunch of kiwi guys wanting to go to mayrhofen for the season!
we are having a bit of trouble with information
is there any places we can look for accomodation for the entire season, we are looking at arriving around the end of october untill april/may. how much should we be looking at to pay? does this sound about right?
also is there any places we can look at for work? is it possible to find under the table work here? and is it okay that we only speak english?
any help or ideas would be greatly appreaciated!

don't know if you prefer boarding or skiing, but there is a nice place where you can stay. It is called Gasthof Zillertal, run by a Dutch organization called Saiko.
It is a bit dedicated to snowboarders, so if you like that you know where to go.

I'm going to visit them the next 2 weeks, gonna ride the gletscher in Hintertux 8)

Sorry Dave but I like a bit of comfort even 33 years ago 8)

If I was seventeen again, I would be right in there. Bloody cheap and looks a little more modern than a typical dorm type place, also it's @ the Hof!! As it is I am twice that age and a (very) small home in Zermatt is more to my taste :)

Sorry Dave but I like a bit of comfort even 33 years ago 8)

I would say this is comfortable enough for the mainstream! A single room including bathroom, several facilities like a tuningroom, free wireless internet, free parking space etc. for the cost of 500€ a month.. Damn, that's not even half the cost of my own house.. (which is located on flat land, without snow :D)
