I can't even see where it says anything about single rooms!
What I can see, is for Feb half-term, it's 112 Euros per week per person for the dormitory (plus extra costs like invoicing and cleaning), and 714 Euros for a double room per room per week.
I wonder if they have any dormitories like that in Courchevel?

Thanks Freek,
500 euros a week is a great bargain for a single room.
Don't worry about it. I think it looks okay, anyway :D
I wouldn't mind staying there, and I'm nearly 3 X 17 years old.
I hope you have a great time :D

I can't recommend any 'under the table' work (because I'd get shot) but it does go on, however if you are in need of a decent meal, offer your dish fish services to any of the UK run chalets and they will generally feed you.
Try the Chalet Wegscheider (across the field behind the main road through town), they are run by Equity Total ski (where I worked) and we had a number of guys washing up for us in exchange for dinner.
Worth it to save a few pennies. Good luck!
